In the course of internship in General Medicine  I learned how to take detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient’s health status including learning how to formulate differential diagnoses and create management plans.  I gained experience in documenting patient encounters, including writing pr, discharge summaries, and orders.
